Elizabeth Mendenhall
Elizabeth has served as the Designated Broker for the company assisting RE/MAX Boone Realty agents with training, visioning, motivation, and coaching for their business. Elizabeth served at the 2018 National Assoc. of REALTORS® President overall 1.4 million members. She is involved and serves on several boards in the community.

Ford Mendenhall
Ford oversees technology systems, maintenance, and management for the office. Ford is available to assist and advise agents on technology equipment and purchases to help enhance their productivity. He also helps to ensure that agents are able to access the desired information at the time they need it.
Chief of Broker Services
Jamie Thornsberry
Jamie is available to assist with the day-to-day needs of the RE/MAX Boone Realty agents including training, motivation, assisting closing department, help with negotiating contracts, purchases, or sales. Her experience includes loan processing, title insurance, and contract management. She is your personal concierge for your needs.
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Lichtenberg
Mark is a CPA and the financial controller who prepares agent monthly statements, tax returns, reporting to RE/MAX International and RE/MAX Mid-States Region, plus all day-to-day financial functions including managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, processing closed real estate transactions, and any other related agent services.

Melissa Acker
Melissa is responsible for engaging and recruiting new agents to the company, ensuring the organization's growth and solvency along with providing relevant education to agents for continuous business improvement.
Marketing & Social Media Manager
Hannah Gregory
Hannah drives the creation and execution of our marketing and social media content. She is also responsible for developing and managing initiatives, enhances brand visibility, engages the audience, and fuels business growth for the brokerage and our agents.
Project Coordinator
Janice Pruett
Janice assists with the team on various projects and helps oversee progress to make sure goals and met on time. She also assist with the front desk by answers incoming phone calls, electronic scheduling of appointments, and any other duties per agent/client request.
Hospitality Coordinator
Kathleen Pullium
Kathleen processes new listings verifying compliance with MREC and MLS Flex rules and regulations. She is the front desk receptionist, answers incoming phone calls, electronic scheduling of appointments, and any other duties per agent/client request.
Director of Closing Services
Mary Templeton
Mary is responsible for the coordination of all aspects involved with finalizing the contract closing process. She checks the file for MREC compliance, communicates with the client, borrower, internal staff, and other associated outside agencies such as the title and loan companies to facilitate all closing issues in a timely manner.

Larry Keating
Larry was the 2005 President of the Missouri Association of REALTORS®, a Past President of the Jefferson City Area Board of REALTORS® and a current Director of the National Association of REALTORS®. Larry assists RE/MAX Jefferson City agents with training, visioning, motivation and coaching for their business. His local and national experience is a valuable asset to our agents and our clients.

Janine Hollingsworth
With 30 years as a Missouri broker and over 25 years overseeing and managing the RE/MAX Jefferson City office and technology systems, Janine is now the Designated Broker. She assists agents with day-to-day needs which include training, recruitment of new agents, motivating and advising agents within all aspects of their business, helping with negotiating contracts, purchases or sales. She oversees all the day -to-day financial functions of the office while also assisting with the closing department.
Director of Closing & Agent Services
Chelsey Rodebaugh
Chelsey processes sales contracts from start to finish by ensuring new contracts and closed contracts meet compliance with MREC rules and regulations and MLS rules. She trains and works with agents using all of the RE/MAX tools and technology to help them better serve clients while also assisting with the front desk answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments and supporting agents in the day-to-day business.
Front Office Coordinator
Abby Magee
Abby processes new listings and all changes to current listings to verify compliance with MREC rules and Flex MLS rules and regulations. She answers incoming phone calls, greets clients and coordinates the electronic scheduling of appointments while assisting other staff and agents with daily and dollar production activities.
